Urban Air Is Giving Families a Free Ticket!
Looking for an easy way to add an adventure to your family’s fall plans? In celebration of National Adventure Day, Urban Air Adventure Park is giving every eligible KidHub account one free unlimited-play pass to use at a participating Urban Air location.
The nationwide giveaway represents more than $10 million in complimentary tickets and approximately 2.5 million hours of free play.
The passes will be issued exclusively through the free KidHub app on Friday, October 9, 2026. Families must download the app and complete their registration by the deadline to receive the offer.
How to Claim Your Free Urban Air Ticket
Every qualifying KidHub account will receive one pass, including existing KidHub users and families who register by the October 9 deadline.
If you plan to visit Urban Air on October 9, the company recommends downloading the app at least one hour before your visit to allow time for the ticket to appear.

More Time to Plan Your Family Adventure
You do not have to use the ticket on National Adventure Day. Each free pass is valid for 45 days, giving families time to plan a visit around fall break, a long weekend or another open day on the family calendar.
Once inside the park, the pass can be used from opening until closing rather than being limited to a timed play session.
That means your family can spend the day bouncing, climbing, tackling obstacle courses and exploring the attractions available at your participating Urban Air location.

- A ticket value of up to $49
- Valid for 45 days after being issued
- Good for play from opening until closing on the redemption date
- Must be claimed through the KidHub app
- KidHub registration must be completed by 11:59 p.m. local time on October 9
Already an Urban Air member? Members who receive the complimentary reward can use the pass to bring a friend along for the adventure.
